Requirements:

1. 1-2 year of experience as Acionscript Developer
2. Strong experience in Adobe Flash CS3
3. Object oriented programming
4. Strong knowledge of XML
5. Strong Code Design Pattern
6. Familiarity of using Audio and video
7. Programmatic motion and animations

Job Duties:

1. Develop and program interactive applications using Action script and OOPS.
2. Understand client requirements and develop projects based on storyboard.
3. Should co-ordinate with content development and graphics teams and ensure timely
4. Play a key, collaborative role in developing concepts and treatments of game design
5. Write ActionScript code for programming games and developing prototypes 
6. Assist to implement a Flash component framework for interactive games, which will ensure performance, functionality, and flexibility
7. Develop and maintain code developed in Flash/Action Script 2/3 with use of OOP (Experience with AS3 is a MUST)
8. Create reusable Flash components to rapidly provide required functionality
9. Design and Implement functional prototypes
10. Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues with the project
11. Perform maintenance and operations on existing and future flash applications
