Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Implement test plans and procedures for software and systems.
2. Identify, analyze, and document all programming errors (software bugs) and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
3. Be responsible for the reporting and communication of test results on all assigned projects. 
4. Help evaluate projects and application defects reported by customers and make recommendations for their correction.
5. Review product and system functional requirements and test cases to ensure that overall quality is delivered. 
6. Execute manual and automated test cases and scripts.
7. Document and validate resolution of identified defects. 
8. Assist in implementing improvements in test methods and strategies. Escalate quality concerns to management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
2. Good knowledge in programming.
3. Demonstrated experience developing and executing test procedures.
4. Background in Graphic Design is a PLUS
5. Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment.
6. Knowledge of theoretical and practical engineering principles with strong analytical skills.
7. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, define problems, and develop a means or method to resolve them.
8. Strong attentions to detail with proven verbal and written communication skills are essential.   
9. Listens to others and accepts input from team members.
10. Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally.
11. Contribute to an environment that is conducive to producing breakthrough ideas.
