Quality Control Team Leader (Mansoura)

Job Description

a. Participate in documenting new processes.

b. Participate in creating and deliver comprehensive test plans and schedules for assigned projects.

c. Design and prepare test cases.

d. Implement and execute tests.

e. Develop and maintain automated test cases, tools, and scripts.

f. Provide the team with product quality data.

g.Track all bugs and communicate issues to ensure their resolution before release.

h. Provide primary liaison and customer service to IT users.

i.  Manage service level agreements with customer.

j.  Provide incident and problem resolution.

k. Drive accessibility concepts and requirements into design.

l.  Improve the quality and usability of the solution.

m. Act as user advocate to the project team.

Skills and Qualifications:

1.  “2 - 4” years of experience in quality control

2.  Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

3.  Previously worked in CMMI or SPIG environment is prefered.

4. Strong understanding of quality control techniques.

5. Expert attention to details.

6. Strong communication and organizational skills, high-energy, and self-directed problem solver, with an execution focus.

7. Ability to resolve problems through root cause analysis.

8. Solid customer focus

9. Strong IT background (programming, Graphic designing in web application, e-learning, and Multimedia )

10. Experience in Leading teams and building processes.

11. Strong Leadership and team management skills.
